ATTENTION

The following application conditions are for our paid trainings.

The 2nd GebeFEST will be held at Bakırkoy Leyla Gencer Opera and Arts Center on September 22nd 2019, followed by a one-day long, intensive free of charge conference room trainings that will be held the day after our 3-day paid trainings in all cities. All expectant mothers, those who plan to conceive, all relatives and friends of the participating expecting mothers, midwives, nurses, students- everyone can participate!

There is no need for any registration process beforehand. Seating will be on the ‘first come, first served’ basis.

Terms of Application

• All expectant mothers who do not have a risky pregnancy are welcome to participate. You can come even if it is your last week (I will be there anyway :))
• The “Health Information” questionnaire that we will ask you to fill out after your application will be assessed by MD Banu Ciftci. Your application will be processed according to the suitability of your medical condition.
• All information in the training process has been prepared by the founder, director and coordinator of GebeFEST; Obstetrician, Gynecologist and IVF specialist MD Banu Ciftci and a team of experienced instructors in their fields; and all the trainings are under their control.
• Our training is for informational purposes only. It cannot be used to diagnose or plan a treatment for your pregnancy or any disease. This can only be done by your own doctor who has examined and monitored your process in the most appropriate way.
• If possible, we recommend that you attend the event within the knowledge of your obstetrician.
• While you can attend the event alone, we strongly recommend that your partner or the person that will accompany you by the time of birth attends the event with you if possible.
• After your application request is received by e-mail from our website, our “Health Information ”questionnaire will be sent to you, and you will be asked to make your payment if you are medically eligible; and only then, your registration will be confirmed. You must make your payment by Thursday at the latest the week before your training takes place. In case of any cancellation up to the due date after payment is made, we will refund your payment and give other substitute participants a chance.

Application Fee

• Our tuition fee is 1500 TL per person (VAT included) (Valid for couple's participation, the fee is 2000 TL for participants attending alone.)
• The application fee includes a full-time training on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners, 5 coffee breaks, and morning snacks before exercise.
• 5% of every individual participation fee is directly transferred to the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) & Mother Adaptation Project of El Bebek Gul Bebek Association as a donation.
• You can make your payment via bank transfer or electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the bank account information we will send you following your application.
• You can also stay with a special discount from the hotel for those who wish or come from outside the city. Accommodation is not included in our tuition fee.
